Art Terms of Service
Refusal of Service
Maw ‘n’ Paw Creations reserves the right to deny any customer service for reasons to be determined by Maw ‘n’ Paw Creations. This includes if the commissioner is rude, threatening, or otherwise unreasonable. Harassment, determined by Maw ‘n’ Paw Creations, is not tolerated in any way. Maw ‘n’ Paw Creations reserves the right to blacklist commissioners. Being blacklisted is defined as the immediate freeze of any current commissions, in addition to all future commission opportunities.
Payments
I take payments via PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo. Payments through Paypal will be made via invoice. Maw ‘n’ Paw Creations is not responsible for lost payments. Work on the commission will begin once payment is received.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for art commissions, but only for orders totalling $200 or over. Payment frequency and amount will be determined by the commissioner and myself. On a payment plan, work will begin once 30% of the total cost is paid. The final digital files/traditional art will be emailed/shipped once all payment is received.
Completion Dates
Maw ‘n’ Paw Creations does not take deadlines of any sort. It is possible to ask about having the commission completed in a general timeframe, however, Maw ‘n’ Paw Creations is not obliged to meet this time span. Turnaround time for art commissions typically ranges from 1-4 weeks once started.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds may not be instantaneous upon request, however, refunds will be processed in a timely manner, as agreed upon by Maw ‘n’ Paw Creations and the commissioner. Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. A full refund can only be issued if no work has begun on the commission. 60% of the total price can be refunded after the sketching phase, and 30% once colored. Once a commission is 100% paid for, a refund will not be issued. I do not accept returns.
Age
Commissioners must be at least 16 years of age to order. All commissioners must be at least 18 years of age before sending any payments. If under 18, a parent or guardian must make the initial payment.
WIPS and Updates
Work-in-progress updates and photos will be sent via the contact method of choice. This can be indicated on the application form. The commissioner will be sent WIP’s to approve, and it is the commissioner’s responsibility to request changes. Please do not hesitate to ask about changes, as minor changes will not affect the price.
Shipping
Shipping is NOT included in the price for any art work. I ship internationally.
